Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Educator to spearhead our efforts in providing inclusive programs for students with disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of educators in delivering high-quality, tailored support to meet the diverse needs of our students.

  • Craft and implement differentiated activities that promote independence, positive behaviors, and holistic development for students with unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and other stakeholders to design and implement effective strategies for student success.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that fosters growth and maximizes learning opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement among staff members.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has at least 6 years of experience working with children or youth with disabilities in educational settings.
  • Demonstrates expertise in inclusive education and a passion for creating opportunities for every child to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'N'/ 'O' Level or NITEC with a pass in English.
  • Diploma or Degree in a related field is an advantage.
