Business Recovery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Recovery Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate and individual insolvency and restructuring exercises, as well as a strong understanding of business fundamentals and drivers.

Job Description

The Business Recovery Expert will be responsible for managing and leading insolvency and restructuring engagements, including performing analysis on historical and current financial performance, identifying immediate remedies, and assisting clients in preparing cash flow projections.

The expert will also be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, dealing with creditors' queries, recovering and realizing assets, and fulfilling statutory obligations.

In addition, the Business Recovery Expert will support business development initiatives, including the preparation of proposals and identification of opportunities, and work closely with partners and management groups on client management and business development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • More than 5 years of experience in corporate/individual insolvency and/or restructuring exercise
  • Possess a Degree in accountancy, or Finance or Business or professional qualification in accounting
  • Proficient with the Microsoft office applications
  • Familiar with applicable Singapore law on corporate restructuring and insolvency
  • Able to lead and work in teams with good interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of business drivers and their fundamentals
  • Resourceful, versatile, analytical, and possess good project management skills
