We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Resident Care Giver. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of elderly ladies who have been orphaned or abandoned.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of our residents. This includes assisting with their toiletry needs, cooking and serving meals, administering medication, engaging them in positive communication and activities, and accompanying them on regular medical consultations and outings.
You will also be responsible for general house cleaning, managing household expenses, and staying on-site for at least 6 days per week.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Nursing skills and knowledge
- Housekeeping experience
- The ability to engage the elderly in a positive way
- A deep understanding of the aging process
- Mediating skills to manage relationships among residents
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
