Job Title: Quality Management Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and assisting on quality management matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and assist on quality management matters.
  • Perform internal audits and record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contract requirements.
  • Manage the Document Control system.
  • Review processes and ensure subcontractors comply and complete their work according to contract requirements.
  • Conduct assessments and reviews on sub-contractors' Performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes.
  • Prepare monthly reports on the quality of works and services performed by the team and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality standards.
  • Experience in IFM-related fields or fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Skills in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality and internal controls.
  • Leading by example, displaying honesty.
  • Effective communicator with problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-independent team player with a growth mindset.
