Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Staff Engineer to lead the development of innovative motor and design solutions for next-gen products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with global teams, suppliers, and partners to assess technical and cost feasibility, present clear, data-driven proposals with solution value, trade-offs, and risks, drive cross-functional implementation and validation for product integration, and support engineering teams in integrating new tech into final designs.

To achieve this, you will require strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities with global collaboration skills, as well as expertise in motor driver and/or motor design (BLDC, PMDC, Universal motors), skills in power electronics, PCB design/layout, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal management, knowledge of motor design optimization, safety standards, and manufacturing processes, and passion for research, innovation, and delivering real-world technology solutions.

  • Drive the development of novel motor and design solutions for future products.
  • Collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and partners to evaluate technical and cost viability.
  • Present clear, data-driven proposals outlining solution benefits, trade-offs, and risks.
  • Oversee cross-functional implementation and validation for product integration.
  • Sustain engineering teams in incorporating new technologies into final designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a Master's/PhD holder in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field, with a proven track record of advancing organizational expertise in motor and driver technologies.

Apart from academic credentials, we seek individuals with:

  • Expertise in motor driver and/or motor design (BLDC, PMDC, Universal motors).
  • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities with global collaboration skills.
  • Skills in power electronics, PCB design/layout, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal management.
  • Knowledge of motor design optimization, safety standards, and manufacturing processes.
  • Passion for research, innovation, and delivering real-world technology solutions.
