Role Summary

This Product Designer will report directly to a Design Manager and collaborate closely with product designers, POs, Digital lead, Business, and stakeholders to drive User Experience initiatives within StarHub's digital channels.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop product design strategies and drive execution across various products and digital touchpoints.
  • Create intuitive and elegant user experiences through detailed interaction designs.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement design solutions.
  • Conduct expert reviews to analyze and improve current user interfaces.
  • Maintain and contribute to the Design System, UI standards, and interaction design pattern libraries.
Must-Haves
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality UX deliverables.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma or similar) and experience working with developers for implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
