As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing valuation services across various structured products, including Private Equity, Private Credit, CRE Debt, CRE Equity, and NPLs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of valuations for a diverse range of assets, including businesses, financial securities, and real estate.
  • Conducting financial analysis using methods like discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, and precedent transaction methods to value companies and assets.
  • Analyzing financial statements, market data, industry trends, and economic factors to support valuation reports.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the preparation of valuation reports and presentations for valuation committees, ensuring accuracy and clarity of findings.
  • Presenting Valuation results and pricing methodology changes to senior management and internal Valuation Committees for approval.
  • Drafting clear, concise, and well-organized valuation reports adhering to audit and regulatory standards.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA, and Python, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of valuation tools and techniques such as cash flow modeling and related assumptions.
  • Familiarity with financial statement analysis, corporate finance concepts, and accounting principles.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and logical thinking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and present results to senior management.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
