Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist passengers with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Work collaboratively with other airport staff to ensure seamless operations and efficient passenger flow.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with airport policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in English and a second language, with excellent communication skills.
- Joining Bonus of up to S$5000.
