Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to build awareness and lead generation of Catapult in its second year of operations.
  • Work with agency partners to create content and assets for Catapult's ongoing marketing campaign.
  • Manage and oversee the CRM system, establish a continuous improvement process of gathering data, results, and insights; and recommend improvements to our plans.
  • Plan and execute the marketing campaign roadmap, ensuring strong planning and project management skills.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with a diverse range of internal and external corporate stakeholders.
  • Strong marketing capabilities, with focus on digital marketing and social media expertise.
  • Ability to be able to pitch and present to potential clients, understand clients pain points, read people well and adjust messages accordingly.
  • Agile team player, ability to learn quickly and with a curiosity and passion to get the job done.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A good degree with more than 10 years of brand or marketing experience.
  • Experience working with creative services and agency partners required.
  • Digital/social media marketing knowledge is essential, as well as marketing experience in the areas of PR, media and events.
  • Business development and/or sales experience to be able to land new clients.
