This role is part of the Finance Team responsible for supporting retail finance business operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and collections monitoring for retail and e-commerce business
  • Monitoring and resolving red lights for sales transactions in SAP system
  • Reconciliation of daily receivables and payment collections in SAP and Matchbox systems
  • Ensuring refunds are made in accordance with the Company's policies
  • FOLLOW-UP ON TOURIST TAX REFUND MATTERS

Reporting & Monthly Activities:

  • Reconciling and clearing general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Preparation of monthly schedules and reports to the respective stakeholders
  • Landlord reporting
  • Examine retail and e-commerce business transactions and ensure the Company's policies and procedures are well respected
  • Present review observations and recommendations to management

Stock Management:

  • Coordinate and perform finance stock take
  • Monitoring of boutique stocks and ensuring they are properly accounted for based on the Company's policies

Other Ad-hoc Activities:

  • Conduct training and meetings to retail teams and be the contact point for Maison regarding finance operational or compliance issues
  • Ensure boutique finance operations manual as well as local regulatory requirements and policies are always respected
  • Involvement in finance-related projects and other financial-related tasks as required
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including but not limited to auditors, payment acquirers, local authorities as required
