About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Partner to join our team. This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality Employee Relations programs and services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Support the completion of investigations and grievance processes, ensuring thoroughness, neutrality, and timeliness.
- Identify and address broader employee relations issues across the enterprise, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
- Maintain and update internal case management systems, ensuring accurate and timely data.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, with a strong understanding of relevant policies, laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and advise leaders and employees at all levels.
- Strong learning agility, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing situations.
