We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Worker to fill this key role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned caseloads and implementing intervention plans, providing information and referral services, and networking with community partners.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Casework & Counselling

    • Maintain a reasonable caseload and provide supervision to colleagues.
    • Assess client needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
    • Support the organization's casework system, including administration, intake, referral, evaluation, and closure of cases.

  • Information & Referral

    • Provide accurate and relevant information to clients and community partners.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and stakeholders.
    • Network and outreach to identify community needs and opportunities.

  • Social Work Program Development in Groupwork and Community Work

    • Lead program development and implementation, focusing on groupwork and community engagement.
    • Liaise with partner organizations to enhance community partnerships and collaborations.
    • Supervise staff in program development and delivery.

Additional Responsibilities include undertaking other tasks assigned by the Supervisor and Executive Director.
