Job Title: Youth Worker

You will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of at-risk youth as a Youth Worker.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, manage and educate students serving in-house suspension, under reintegration programs, or those sent out from class for Time out.
  • Implement targeted SEL Skill building modules with selected students during TSR and CCE periods.
  • Craft and produce SEL Skill building modules to support student management in high-needs classes.
  • Provide additional support for student management and other school requirements.


Qualification, Skill & Experience:
  • Must come from a former uniformed service background (e.g., police, prison service).
  • Must have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience working directly with at-risk youth in educational, community, or correctional settings.
  • Should demonstrate a strong passion and disposition for working with at-risk students, along with a positive belief in their potential.
