Job Description

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing software applications that improve the user experience for government agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centricity and be able to drive product solutions that meet the needs of both users and stakeholders.

You will work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to conduct research, design solutions, and implement them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research on support channels and designing solutions to support HDB officers handling inquiries from prospective and existing flat owners.
  • Developing user flows and wireframes to guide the development of digital products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of user-centric design principles and practices.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, usability testing, and delivering high-fidelity mockups.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
