Job Title:

Performance Marketing Manager

This is a senior-level role that requires expertise in performance marketing. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive B2B growth marketing strategies across all channels to acquire and retain customers.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the global marketing team to plan and execute online performance campaigns, including SEM, paid social, display, and ABM advertising. You will also independently own, allocate, and optimize budgets across multiple channels, ensuring a clear view of expected return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive B2B growth marketing strategies across all channels to acquire and retain customers.
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to plan and execute online performance campaigns.
  • Independently own, allocate, and optimize budgets across multiple channels.
  • Analyze performance rigorously, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Utilize data to inform strategy and execution, with strong skills in data extraction and manipulation using tools like SQL.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or product strategy function at a fast-growing tech company.
  • Experience in payments/acquiring, e-commerce, technology, or financial services.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • A self-starter who can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on.
  • A track record of collaborating and driving impact across cross-functional teams.
