The role of Academic Capability and Conduct Advisor is pivotal in ensuring students receive the necessary support to achieve academic success.

Key responsibilities include identifying and supporting at-risk students through early intervention strategies, providing academic skills development, and managing academic misconduct processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor students' academic performance, attendance, and engagement to detect signs of academic or personal difficulties.
  • Implement structured processes to identify at-risk students and formulate personalized plans aimed at enhancing academic progress.
  • Provide expert guidance through individual or group sessions focused on developing essential academic skills.
  • Design and deliver workshops to educate students on academic integrity, policies, collaborative work expectations, and ethical research practices.
  • Liaise with relevant support services, including counselling and financial aid, to provide holistic support to students.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in student support services, academic skills development, or academic integrity management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in learning analytics tools and student management systems.
