Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager to lead our fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure major gifts from donors, as well as managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve departmental targets.
  • Cultivate and solicit major gifts from donors, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, with a focus on building strong relationships and maximizing fundraising potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure alignment and coordination of fundraising efforts.

Requirements:

Education and Experience

We are seeking an individual with at least 8 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of success in securing major gifts. A degree in any discipline is also highly desirable.

  • Fundraising expertise: Proven ability to secure major gifts and build strong relationships with donors.
  • Leadership abilities: Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with colleagues.
