Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Participate in warehousing activities including inbound, outbound, and cycle count processes in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular visual inspections and report any discrepancies or non-conformities.
  • Support supervisors in achieving performance goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform general warehousing duties such as database management, stocktaking, material handling, and documentation control.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation.
  • Pursue process improvement initiatives and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work with overseas vendors.
  • Experience with value-added services such as kitting, labeling, and packing is an advantage.
  • Forklift license or knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is beneficial.
  • Ability to lift items weighing 25kg or more.
