Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our engineering design maturity by participating in Bid Clarification Meetings. This involves expediting vendors with respective operations, maintenance & material handling requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing and expediting material handling requirements, liaising with Operations teams to meet operations and maintainability needs, and collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams to avoid design changes during the Engineering Design Maturity phase.

  • Vendor GAD review and expedite material handling requirements
  • Liaise with Operations team to meet the operations and maintainability requirements
  • Liaise with all inter disciplines to avoid design changes during 'Engineering Design Maturity'
  • Preparation of Material Handling Layouts
  • Preparation of Material Handling Report & Philosophy
  • Preparation of Handling Simulations for all Critical Mechanical Packages & Equipment with PDMS / E3D/S3D
  • Preparation of Data sheets, TBC, TBE & VDR for Material Handling Equipment's
  • Integration of handling methods in design, establish selection, sizing, quantity, and spec for MH Equipment
  • Preparation of Valve Matrix & Valve Handling Study Report
  • Monorail
