Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for logistics, warehouse management, transportation, and customer services.
  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire order cycle from receipt of goods to delivery to customers.
  • Negotiate and liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and operational efficiency.
  • Arrange warehouse storage, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments in a timely manner.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the course of business.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they meet performance targets.
  • Meet productivity, accuracy, timeliness, and cost targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance supply chain performance.

Requirements and qualifications
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator or similar role.
  • Track record of successful distribution and logistics management.
  • Able to lead and manage staff effectively.
  • Proficient in standard logistics software and technology.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
