About the Job:

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a proven track record of success in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that combine consulting services with cutting-edge technology, shaping and developing scalable technology in Synpulse8, and working with fintech and insuretech partners.

Your key responsibilities will include acting as a trusted advisor to clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and further building up the APAC insurance practice around key focus areas such as digital transformation and operation excellence.

You will also conduct interviews and workshops to define future state visions and prioritize opportunity areas that deliver value across people, processes, data & technology while ensuring buy-in from clients' senior management.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience within the insurance industry at a management consulting firm or a management function within a financial firm with long-term exposure to project delivery.
  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas of consulting within the Insurance Industry: digital transformation, operational excellence, product development, designing/implementing target operating model, agile transformation, data analytics.
  • Evidence of sales efforts and project acquisition by leading activities or supporting senior management.
  • A detailed understanding of the opportunities and dependencies both business and technology play in a client's organisation.
