Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the fusion of AI innovation with client engagement. This dual-role position combines presales activities—understanding customer challenges, developing proposals, and showcasing AI capabilities—with technical expertise to drive prototyping of AI-driven solutions.

This is a strategic role that directly influences client adoption while shaping the early design of scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate must be technically competent while equally comfortable presenting to senior business stakeholders and building hands-on prototypes with modern AI frameworks.

  • Client Engagement & Needs Assessment: Engage with potential clients to uncover pain points and translate them into AI use cases. Lead discovery sessions and solution workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Presales & Proposal Development: Develop proposals, pitch decks, and demos that highlight business value through Generative AI. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on AI opportunities.
  • Ai Prototyping & Exploration: Translate client problem statements into technical hypotheses and conceptual AI architectures. Identify opportunities for applying LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent frameworks to specific business needs. Rapidly prototype and showcase functionality to validate business value and feasibility.
  • Experimentation & Benchmarking: Evaluate different LLMs and architectures for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency. Conduct A/B testing and fine-tuning to optimize results. Define metrics and perform validation on prototype outputs for reliability, robustness, and alignment with responsible AI practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong technical grounding in LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI. Experience with RAG, agentic workflows, and open-source AI frameworks preferred.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles such as presales, solution consulting, or technical evangelism.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex AI concepts into business value propositions.
  • Proficiency in Python and modern AI prototyping tools (LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases).
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and project tracking tools.
