Warehouse Operations Coordinator

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire warehouse and distribution process, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. This includes coordinating the receiving, sorting, packaging, shipping, inventory checking, and delivery processes.

To guarantee timeliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, the coordinator must work closely with internal teams to manage inventory levels, optimize storage space, and streamline logistics workflows.

A successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing warehouse operations, including team management and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and distribution-related system operations, as well as a deep understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
  • Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer demands and resolve issues
  • Optimizing warehouse layouts and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance metrics
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of WMS systems and distribution-related system operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
