Job Title: Craft Beer Ambassador

About the Role

Are you passionate about craft beer? Do you have a flair for exceptional customer service? We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Craft Beer Ambassador to join our team

As a Craft Beer Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and attentive experience throughout their visit.
  • Assisting patrons in navigating our diverse beer selection, offering informed suggestions based on individual preferences.
  • Accurately taking and processing orders using our POS system, ensuring timely delivery of beverages and any accompanying snacks.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing tables and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Supporting daily setup and shutdown procedures, ensuring the bar is ready for service and properly secured at the end of each shift.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage service is preferred. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and work collaboratively with staff members.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
