We are looking for a highly experienced Halal Certification Manager to oversee quality assurance and halal certification in our food manufacturing facility.

Job Description

This is a hands-on leadership role where the candidate will lead and be actively involved in daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, conducting audits, staff training, and improving or creating QA processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6-8 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the food manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. A degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

The selected candidate will have strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, and related food safety regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage, motivate, and develop strong QA culture within the team.
