Job Title: Strategic Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Business Central projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Lead project meetings, status updates, and steering committee briefings, fostering effective communication.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing ERP projects (3+ years preferred), preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, etc.
  • PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a consulting or IT services environment.
