Salary Package

The salary package for this role includes a competitive salary of up to SGD 4,300 per month, along with additional benefits such as transportation allowance, site allowance, AWS, quarterly incentives, performance bonus, and joining bonus.

Job Description

As an Industrial Process Optimizer, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and evaluate existing processes, record measurements, and interpret data to align with the company's digitalization goals. You will also conduct comprehensive risk assessments to ensure operational safety and compliance.

You will research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow within the facility. Additionally, you will oversee the operations and maintenance of facility processes to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.

Your other responsibilities will include determining the organization and setup of operations to improve process efficiency, managing the implementation of new processes and procedures within the plant, investigating and troubleshooting any issues that arise with processes, procedures, and operations, and developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to enhance throughput and the quality of output.

You will also manage cost and time constraints to ensure projects and process improvements are cost-effective and timely. Furthermore, you will provide detailed process documentation and operating instructions to promote standardization and understanding among staff.

Finally, you will actively participate in and perform Process Safety Management (PSM) and Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) to maintain safety and operational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, as well as minimum of 1 year of experience in the process industry.

You should possess strong working knowledge of process-related standards, process improvement, and safety management. You should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
