Project Manager - Building Products

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the building products sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. They will work closely with architects, main contractors, and factories to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with architects, main contractors, and factory to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop an appropriate network of industry contacts and reach out with direct marketing tools
  • Understand the market and find new avenues to generate business to hit department targets
  • Find new avenues of growth through long-term service contracts to augment ad-hoc business
  • Liaise with manufacturers of products to study problems, troubleshoot technical questions and relay information back to Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural and/or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years in sales and project management experience of building products within the building products sector, including supply and installation
  • Possess a valid Singapore driving license and own a car, or willing to use a company-provided motorbike/scooter
