We are seeking a qualified Credit Risk Manager to join our team at MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain a robust risk management framework that aligns with company objectives.
  2. Develop and implement risk-based strategies to minimize exposure and maximize returns.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation plans as needed.
  4. Analyze customer credit data and provide actionable insights to inform lending decisions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, adapting risk management strategies accordingly.
  6. Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless risk management and reporting.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to improve risk awareness and best practices across the organization.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
