Job Title

Inventory Planner Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing efficient inventory management strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute demand forecasting and replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Manage and analyze stock and purchase-order data to optimize allocation across locations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish efficient demand/supply processes.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support demand, forecast, and supply decisions; recommend actions.
  • Manage stock orders and allocation to maintain healthy stock levels and meet KPIs.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and longer hours when required.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in spare parts management, logistics, or inventory control.
  • Proven track record in spares management, procurement processes, and vendor relations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory systems.
