Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a Treatment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper heat treatment of products through various cycles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and be able to work well under pressure. You should be proficient in operating furnaces, handling waste products, and testing samples for hardness.

We offer a competitive salary range of $2,500 - $3,000 and benefits that include company transport at various locations in the west. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for heat treatment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow heat treat scheduling to ensure proper sequence for product through heat-treating cycles.
  • Load and unload furnaces and deal safely with any waste products.
  • Set temperature for particular treatment, and monitor the treatment cycle.
  • Responsible for heat-treat process and furnace accuracy to ensure uniformity.
  • Test samples for hardness and ensure that they meet the customer's specifications.
  • Repetitively lift and move parts on and off pallets.
  • Involved in machine and equipment shifting as and when required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with machine tools and CNC machining.
