Job Summary:

The Plumbing and Heating Team Lead will oversee the management of various plumbing and heating projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards. This individual will be responsible for supervising a team of skilled professionals, including plumbers, heating technicians, and apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise plumbing and heating projects from initiation to completion.
  • Lead and mentor a team of plumbers, heating technicians, and apprentices to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to meet industry standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, coordinate resources, and monitor project progress.
  • Ensure safety protocols are in place and enforced at all times, and maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as plumbing or heating maintenance.
  • A Higher Education Diploma or equivalent in any field is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities are essential for this role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
