NPI Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled NPI Sourcing Specialist to manage and coordinate projects transferred from development to operations.

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet delivery, cost, and quality targets with suppliers.
  • Liaise with customers on audit, engineering change orders, and project activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet Key Performance Indicators and Operational deliverables.

Requirements:

  • A degree in electronics, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering, or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing (cable technologies).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the supplier landscape and materials. Ensuring product compliance and enforcing quality assurance protocols and standards is crucial for success in this role.

This position involves managing various aspects of sourcing, including RFQ, NPD, NPI, FA, and Product Transfer. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed.
