Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional NPI Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new processes and methods to improve our plant's capability in producing high-end PCBs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and qualify new materials to meet customers' requirements on electrical performance and thermal reliability of PCB.
  • Monitor and improve the yield of NPI parts by working with Front End Engineering (FEE), Process Engineering, Manufacturing & Quality department.
  • Improve yield and lower the cost of NPI parts by working with customers & suppliers at the design stage.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of NPI parts by working with Production Control (PC) & Manufacturing on scheduling.
  • Lead failure analysis and ensure good closure of customer feedback on NPI quality issues.
  • Conduct and update the FMEA & Control Plan of NPI parts.
  • Ensure a smooth transfer of NPI parts to production.
Requirements:
  • Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB-related industry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good reporting and presentation skills.
  • Able to speak and read English/Chinese.
