We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Audit Assistant to join our team at RecruitPedia Pte. Ltd. as a temporary support member. The successful candidate will assist our internal audit team in various tasks, including data collection, review, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in collecting and reviewing data for audit planning and preparation.
  • Support the team in gathering evidence and proof for audits to assess the effectiveness of our company's processes and controls.
  • Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel, ACL, and Tableau to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of audit work and findings.
  • Contribute to identifying areas for improvement and suggesting process enhancements.
  • Support the team leader in finalizing audit findings and reports, and gathering management responses and action plans.
  • Monitor progress in addressing audit issues and control problems.
  • Assist in creating the annual audit plan and preparing reports and materials for management and the audit committee.
Requirements
  • Background in accounting, business, or related studies (No experience required for applicants).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
