Executive - Carbon Mitigation Division

### Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive to support the Carbon Pricing and Collection Branch (CPC Branch) in the Carbon Mitigation Division (CMD). The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and assisting applicants on their application to the National Environment Agency (NEA) for accreditation and reaccreditation of independent verifiers. The role also involves addressing general queries on the application process and requirements, reviewing submitted applications to ensure completeness, and managing logistical arrangements for the evaluation process of shortlisted candidates. Additionally, the Executive will perform general administrative support roles, such as coordinating divisional inputs for reporting on administrative matters and maintaining the division's e-registry. The ideal candidate will have a diploma with at least 5 years of experience in administrative support roles, good writing and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to multi-task and work independently.
### Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate and assist applicants on their application to NEA for accreditation and reaccreditation of independent verifiers

### Requirements
* Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in administrative support roles
