Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting leader to join our team. As a Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting, you will be responsible for leading and supporting critical day-to-day accounting operations.

  • Accounting Leadership:
  • Act as a senior individual contributor, leading and supporting critical day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Prepare and review monthly accounts, journal entries, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee month-end, half-year, and year-end close processes, including Financial Statements and General Ledger account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and submit quarterly reporting packs, budget plans, and presentations with variance analysis.
  • Develop and manage cash flow projections, fixed deposits, and bank account administration.
  • Coordinate and submit government financial statistical surveys/data and MAS regulatory returns/surveys.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting or financial experience.
  • At least 5 years in a management or senior single contributor role within a brokerage, wealth management, or similar buy-side environment.
