Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing and Brand Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a specialist, you will gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, content creation, social media management, and brand awareness. You will work closely with our marketing team to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and communication strategies that align with our goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create engaging written content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Manage and schedule posts on various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Support marketing campaigns by researching trends, analyzing data, and contributing to creative direction.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing efforts.
  • Design and prepare marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and promotional emails.
  • Ensure all marketing and communications materials align with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Assist with planning, promoting, and executing virtual or in-person events and webinars.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite services (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is an advantage.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and communications.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum
