Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target audience.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital products.
  • Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design assumptions and gather actionable insights.
  • Iterate on designs based on test results and user feedback.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet business and user requirements.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and style guide to ensure a consistent and scalable design language across all products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and elevate the user experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the fintech industry or other technology-driven environments. Experience with Digital Assets or cryptocurrency platform is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final deliverables for various projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese to present and defend design decisions to various English and Chinese-speaking clients/ stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and business goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
