About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Facilities to join our team at Marina Bay Sands.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing CAPEX, A&A and Improvement Projects from initiation to completion. This includes ensuring that Time/Cost/Quality requirements are well managed and met. You will establish and manage project plan schedules to guarantee milestone completion on time, oversee design development to meet project objectives, and review Operational Briefs and MEP designs related to Development/Addition & Alteration/Renovation Projects.

You will also manage contractors, oversee their works, and coordinate project completion/closeouts, including handovers, as-built drawings, O&M, and defects management.

In addition, you will initialize projects by establishing project objectives, conducting assessments, preparing plans and schedules, reviewing Operational Briefs, and providing Facilities' inputs.

Other key responsibilities include evaluating cost estimates, preparing budgets, working with Procurement to drive tender/sourcing processes, managing contractor onboarding, documenting existing conditions prior to construction phase, managing contractor submittals, and contract administration covering progress reports and payment certifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification(s) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with good knowledge of Building MEP Services;
  • At least 8 years of experience in MEP design/consultancy/construction roles;
  • Experience in Project Management in large-scale properties such as Integrated Resort, Hospitality, Mixed Development, MICE, etc.;
  • Strong technical competencies in all trades of Building Services and general MEP operations;
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, coordinate and complete planned projects on time, within budget, and within scope;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to manage contractors to achieve project objectives;
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal relation skills, including fluency in various languages in a multi-cultural team environment.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from SGD $150,000 - SGD $200,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, annual leave, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Location

This role is based in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, and requires relocation to our site. We provide support for relocation costs and facilitate integration into our team.
