Project Management Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Assistant to join our team at UVW Building Services PTE. LTD. in Singapore. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.
About the Role
The Project Management Assistant will be responsible for assisting project managers in coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines. This includes preparing project management documents such as budgets, schedules, scope statements, and plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to changing project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in preparing project management documents.
- Coordinate project resources and timelines to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and team members.
- Schedule meetings and document reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- At least three to four years of experience working on building construction projects in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of SGD 50,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
