This role requires an accomplished individual to execute a range of wall and floor covering projects, encompassing tile cutting and shaping, tile bed formation, and creative design implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and shape tiles using power tools and manual techniques to fit around obstacles and in confined spaces.
  • Form tile beds utilizing concrete, plaster, mastic, cement glue or mortar.
  • Align tiles with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise.
  • Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble with accuracy.
  • Prepare surfaces for tiling with waterproofing materials or lath and clean the surfaces thoroughly.
