We are seeking a qualified and experienced Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading classical ballet exercises, assisting the head coach during training sessions, applying corrections to the main coaching system, supervising assigned gymnast groups, polishing elements and dancing steps of gymnastics routines, nurturing and guiding young gymnasts, and pitching in innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Classical Ballet Exercises: Develop and implement engaging and challenging ballet exercise programs for various groups and levels.
  • Assist Head Coach: Collaborate with the head coach to provide technical and judging advice during training sessions.
  • Apply Corrections: Implement the company's patented coaching system to ensure consistency and quality in gymnastics routines.
  • Supervise Gymnast Groups: Oversee assigned gymnast groups under the direction of the head coach, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Pollish Elements: Refine and perfect the elements and dancing steps of gymnastics routines to enhance overall performance.
  • Nurture Young Gymnasts: Foster a positive and supportive environment for young gymnasts, promoting their growth and development.
  • Pitch Innovative Ideas: Contribute creative suggestions to improve training methods and gymnastics routines.
Required Skills
  • Coaching: Proven experience in coaching gymnastics, with a focus on classical ballet and rhythmic gymnastics.
  • Verbal Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey instructions and feedback.
  • Teaching: Ability to teach gymnastics techniques and principles to students of varying skill levels.
  • Stretching: Knowledge of stretching techniques and their application in gymnastics training.
  • Ballet: Expertise in classical ballet, including technique, choreography, and performance.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with gymnasts, coaches, and other stakeholders.
  • Physical Education: Understanding of physical education principles and their application in gymnastics training.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Artistic: Creativity and artistic expression, with the ability to develop and implement innovative gymnastics routines.
