About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating integration activities, driving optimal Target Operating Model for Front-to-Back Office support in sustainability initiatives, and managing internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand GIC's Sustainability policy and principles, and lead and drive projects to support Front Office in policy implementation.
- Drive optimal Target Operating Model for Front-to-Back Office support in sustainability initiatives, balancing agility and scalability.
- Manage internal/external stakeholders, organize critical paths, objectives, set and drive deadlines.
- Assist development of strategic business plans, framework and procedures on related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics.
- Financial certifications such as CFA, CIPM or any ESG certifications (e.g., from CFA/GARP) a plus.
- At least 3 years of prior experience in project and change management; and financial analysis in areas relating to Sustainability, e.g., proxy voting issues, regulatory frameworks and corporate governance in different markets.
- Excellent team player. Respect and work well with all levels and across different cultures Self-starter, committed, dependable, positive and driven. Enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Deliver high standards of work under extended time pressure. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Effectively manage high volume of projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical ability, including financial and quantitative literacy and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills. Strong ability to navigate unstructured situations and handle setbacks with resilience.
