Care Support Associate Job Overview
">At our healthcare organization, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Support Associates. These role players will play a vital part in supporting the healthcare team with various patient care activities.
">Some of the key responsibilities of a Care Support Associate include:
">- Providing Basic Hygiene Care: Assist patients with basic hygiene needs such as bathing, grooming, and toiletting.">
- Wound Dressing and Nursing Procedures: Participate in wound dressing and assist with nursing procedures as required.">
- Ward Administration Tasks: Handle ward administration tasks including patient admission/discharge, appointments, and medical records management.">
- Housekeeping Duties: Perform housekeeping duties as assigned by the team.">
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. A WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) is also required. The ability to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is necessary to ensure seamless patient care services.
