Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the management of assigned Telco/ICT projects and transitions, ensuring compliance with established Project Management Methodology (PMM). This includes initiation, define, organise & plan, implement & control, and handover & closure phases. The individual must also manage project scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include leading a project team, managing change, recording risks and issues, communicating with stakeholders, and providing regular project updates. The ideal candidate should be able to facilitate project handovers and ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as strong communication abilities at the senior and executive management level. A self-starter with independence and teamwork capabilities is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of IT experience in a multi-disciplinary environment or 5 years of project management experience in Telco and IT infrastructure.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or CITPM).
  • Degree in computing, technical, or engineering domain.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Competent communication skills at senior and executive levels.
  • High-level verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
