Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced corporate secretariat professional to support our Group Secretariat function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate secretarial duties, including drafting and taking detailed meeting minutes for Board and Committee meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining records, statutory registers, and documents
  • Compiling meeting materials
  • Drafting Board and Committee minutes
  • Ensuring statutory compliance for group companies

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of corporate secretariat experience, proven expertise in drafting meeting minutes, and strong knowledge of the Companies Act and SGX-ST Listing Rules. In addition, the candidate should possess meticulous attention to detail, excellent documentation skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minute taking and corporate governance experience
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

The role requires adaptability, a proactive approach, and high integrity. Paralegals with relevant experience are welcome to apply. We offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
