Job Title: Fitness Development Manager

This is a pivotal role in spearheading the development and execution of fitness programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and administration of fitness programs to ensure high-quality experiences for members.
  • Supervise fitness instructors and operations to guarantee exceptional customer service and programming.
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among new instructors.
  • Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and evaluation of fitness instructors and classes to enhance their performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Area/Branch Managers to promote member engagement and participation in fitness programs.
  • Review, analyze, and improve business processes and systems to optimize productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
