We're looking for a skilled professional to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Data Enablement efforts.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial data management, with a strong focus on data governance, quality, and system integration. They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining FP&A systems, dashboards, and data infrastructure, ensuring robust data integration, system stability, and strong data governance practices.

This role will also involve collaborating with Finance, IT, and Data Governance teams to align system priorities and resolve operational challenges. The successful candidate will contribute to cross-functional financial reporting and insights initiatives, leveraging their analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • FP&A Systems Support: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of FP&A systems, dashboards, and data infrastructure to support financial planning and reporting.
  • Support Integration and Migration Efforts: Translate business needs into technical requirements and coordinate with IT and vendors.
  • Participate in System Testing: Assist in go-live planning and readiness activities, ensuring smooth transition to production.
  • Maintain Documentation: Document system configurations, data flows, and reporting structures.
  • Data Integrity & Governance: Develop and implement data governance guidelines, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy protocols.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial data management, with a strong focus on data governance, quality, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and access control practices.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
