Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and creating monthly and quarterly forecast reports for both internal management and Group reporting purposes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6-10 years' of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and hold a degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze financial results and provide supporting commentary on variances between actual and budget/forecast. Additionally, you will partner the business units to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
This role requires strong business acumen, detail-oriented and hands-on skills. You must be able to work effectively with stakeholders across different divisions and regions.
